LLC "Volga Region Audit Center" was established on January 29, 2008, by an initiative group of auditors who held key positions in auditing organizations and had extensive experience in implementing major projects in audit and related services.

From the outset, our focus has been not only on complying with formal criteria and the minimum requirements of the current legislation—resulting in the issuance of formal opinions and representing clients in official reports—but also on deeply understanding our clients' businesses. This deep understanding allows us to propose effective solutions and provide high-quality recommendations for improving their operations.

This approach requires high qualifications from our staff, which includes certified auditors, candidates of economic sciences (Ph.D.), and legal practitioners with successful experience in defending client interests in courts and before state agencies. Our team also features experienced trainers who conduct courses for auditors, professional accountants, and management staff of enterprises.

We have a successful track record of cooperation in auditing with major companies in the Republic of Tatarstan and Moscow across various sectors, including leisure and entertainment, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, trade, services, investments, asset management, as well as with municipal agencies and other non-profit organizations.

Specialists from LLC "Volga Region Audit Center" regularly hold seminars for accountants and senior management. We have repeatedly conducted mandatory training courses for professional accountants and auditors in collaboration with specialized educational institutions in Tatarstan and Udmurtia.

Our company has extensive experience in handling claims against our clients' counterparties, representing clients before regulatory bodies, and in arbitration courts at various levels. This includes challenging tax penalties, recovering debts from contracts and unjust enrichment, and preventing hostile takeovers. We also provide subscription-based services to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in legal, accounting, and tax matters.

LLC "Volga Region Audit Center" has experience in preparing and reviewing business plans, as well as conducting due diligence. One of our main activities is supporting investment projects and business restructuring. This involves comprehensive consulting and assistance in choosing the optimal project structure, preparing documentation for civil, accounting, and tax issues, while considering asset protection requirements throughout all stages of such projects, from pre-analysis to completion.

Starting its activities on January 29, 2008, as a consulting firm, LLC "Volga Region Audit Center" began providing audit services after obtaining License № E009012 issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on April 24, 2008 (№ 218). Following the abolition of audit licensing and the introduction of mandatory membership in a self-regulatory organization (SRO) of auditors, the company continued its work as a corporate member of the SRO "Guild of Auditors of IPBR" (ORNZ 11004005823), and later the SRO "Audit Association Sodruzhestvo" (ORNZ 11206053527). Currently, after re-registration on March 10, 2015, LLC "Volga Region Audit Center" operates as a corporate member of the SRO "Audit Association Sodruzhestvo" (ORNZ 11506021931), accumulating extensive positive experience in strategic partnerships with our clients.
